Dogs Barking

Wow, these dogs are barking and barking and barking. I dont know if their owner hears them? If the owner does. How can they deal with that? Seriously?
Dogs that bark and bark obviously something is wrong or they need something. Pay attention to them, parents.

@hellopeeps No worries. It lasts a few minutes. Sometimes I hear them in early mornings too.

I am so glad I live in an area dominated by cat-owners rather than dog-owners. Cats can be a pain but they don't make half as much noise!
With dogs, I think, it's similar to children. They make so much noise but the parents think it's normal so do nothing about it because it's not bothering them. I would have thought a dog barking would mean something. Surely, if a dog barks and is ignored, it hasn't been trained or there is no point in it barking.

We have neighbors like that who do not mind about their dogs barking no end; they should notice that we always come to our dog or command him to stop when he barks endlessly.
