Big and Small

Every big things occurs by small things. A huge tree find its life by tiny seed. A huge river starts by small water fall. Every big company starts with a small work place.
But I could not understand it that why people ignore this truth and start discrimination between high and low, big and small. upper and lower.

Indeed.. Most people only see the tallest mountains and ignore the hills .. But if we don't acknowledge small things, we won't see the real value of bigger and greater things in life...

Some people will discriminate others because they tend to stand with what they believe and that comparing themselves with others and think that what others have are not equal to them.
