Insomnia

I have problems sleeping through the night so I watch TV and do internet stuff to keep my sanity. Although it is frustrating, I get to see TV ads I would have missed if I was asleep. Overnight I got to see a toilet bowl night light that changes colors and is motion activated so you don't turn on a bright light and wake yourself up! An actor actually said "I can see where I am going without waking up!" Another handy gadget is the perfect melon cutter. Perfect slices everytime! How in the world did we live so long without these things? But wait! Call right now and you can recieve two, just pay seperate s&h. I need sleep.

I have terrible insomnia but now it's gone. I just need to tire myself and have less anxieties. I usually fall asleep in front of TV all the noise make me sleep. I knew I fall asleep in front of TV if I miss parts of the show

One of the things I've been hearing a lot lately is to shut the TV and computer off at least 30 minutes before you go to bed because the light from these devices fools your brain into thinking it's daytime and time to stay away. Another thing I heard was to shut your cell phone off at night and definitely do not take it into the bedroom with you. I don't know if any of these things will help you but I'm sure they are worth a try.

I think you may try many ways to fall asleep. Perhaps you shall also try to read a very boring books, such as textbook before you go to sleep. You may fall asleep soon
