Paid to click sites does any one look at all the ads?

On the PTC sites they advertise more PTC sites
But as you know not everyone has time to do so many PTC sites .PTC=paid to click for the one who do not do it. Some I look at the PTC sites to
See what they are paying. But my number one rule is I will not pay to do A PTC site. So how many does some one do?
