because chinese food has many kind of food, combine of many kind vegetable also with unique tasted but simple ingredient.

I guess it has to do with the freshness of the ingredients, the wide array of flavours and spices as well as the stir frying method which allows for the crispness of the finished meal. i am an ardent lover of chinese food myself
