How many are doing YOGA daily?
its really gives a good life , so many benefits are there with YOGA , present world is running back of the tensions and pressures so YOGA will give you a relaxation, we just need to find out a time to do it in home itself .
its better contributing the time for it before we will struck into unnecessary pressures and health problems , we can take the reviews also from many persons

I don't do yoga on a daily basis. But I have definitely done it in the past.
I am planning to start doing yoga shortly.

I haven't tried Yoga, though I heard it releases tensions and feel relaxed afterwards.

Once try it , it is not only for tensions and relaxation , it cures so many health problems , one example i will tell you , one women who is suffering with cancer is visited so many hospitals but still no use , when he started yoga then it coming down and even doctors also said her if she continue this might be a chance to cure, now she is very happy for her life returns.

I don't really need convincing that YOGA is good for your health because I am sure that all forms of exercise are profitable.

I would really love to start..I just started meditation so yoga would be a great addition, but there are so many sites online that claim that they're the best. I don't know where to start?
I am a beginner so I need a guide.

Yoga is divine. A person who foes yoga daily will be fit ehich has already proved in science. Yoga not only maintains body structure but also gives pleasure to mind.
Both inner and external beauties are well balanced by yoga. Practising yoga daily is very goid habit.
Loose laziness and practise yoga~~ makes man fit

I practice yoga daily. I do pranayam and surya namaskaram. Yoga definitely is a great work out to relax and reduce weight.

I feel its just another form of exercise. I dont give it much importance. I just feel exercise and stretches done in silence is yoga. I know most of the people wont agree but I will stick to my views. Yoga , Gym , running are just forms of exercise which one should try and do to stay fit.
