Friend fallen for me

There used to be a very good friend of mine, a female, and yes only FRIEND! I knew her because, we used to work in the same organisation, but in different departments. I was part of team of analytics, so, I used to interact with all the departments to get insight of all the operations. On such an event, I was sitting with her one day, and slowly we started gelling up even off work. Initially, lot of my collegues were thinking that something is cooking inbetween us. But, sooner, we were able to clear the air by confessing, we are just friends. We two were enough, I used to enjoy her company, we started going out on dinner on weekends, partying. She was away from home, so she used to stay all alone in a rented apartment. We were that close that after too much of liquir, I used to sleep at her place only, we used to share the same bed. But, it never ever happened that we even looked at each other in other ways. Now, she is married for two years, settled down. I happened to speak to her few days back, and she surprised me with her comments. She said, she had fallen for me but could never confess, because, she didnt want to disturb our friendship!!! I never had looked at her in that way, so, her comments gave me shock of life!!! But, I appreciated her for opening her heart.
