I want to quit smoking...but i cant

I am 29, I hve been smoking since i ws 12...I have tried but i just start up gain what is the best method to quit?? Wht hs worked for you?

Well I've never had to go through the battle of quiting smoking.My sister did, however, and she did it by quitting with someone else at the same time (her now husband). I think that it was the support they gave to eachother that got them through it. I would recommend that you try getting a friend to quit with you..

My husband is also a smoker and only smokes when he is around me. He never buys them. He would be the best to start with.
