Now it is time for me to go for my walk before I lose interest. I will try to walk again for 30 minutes but this time will speed up a bit. I have noticed that I feel so good when I can walk faster. I was reading some posts about exercising and it got me in the mood to do it now. So I will read more posts later on. Hope that you having a super day. Back to Mylotting for a while. The walk was fine.

I wish I could walk more than short distances at one time.I use to enjoy long walks.I know I would feel better and healthier if I could do it. My back puts me on the ground if I try to go too far.

I'll going out to get some work done outside in about fifteen minutes. Just waiting for the sun to wane a little bit. It is strong today. Trying to avoid a sunburn and still get some outdoor chores done. Hope the walking makes you feel real good.

I hope that you had a good walk. I didn't get much walking in yet today, but maybe in a little while I'll feel like doing some in the basement-its cooler there.

I hope your walk was delightful. I joined the Y because I won't go walking by myself. I go 5 days a week and feel younger every day...

@marlina Not taking jogging once finish dinner, you may rest about half an hour to one hour. That's the scientific way.
