the person renting my housing is not paying his rent and it's frustrating! I gave him several months to pay his rent, he still hasnt paid, always telling me to give him one or two more months but he still aint paying! I have the intentions to kick him out by september! Any good ways to collect debts?

Time to get a good lawyer to help you. I think once the lawyer letter is out, he will at least pay you part of the rent.

Laws are very different in different countries so I am not sure what you are able to do there. I would get him out right away.

September? Why not now? I mean i am always willing to help out people in need but if im doing business, i cant risk it. I might be able to give them options to solve their problem but not unless they will open up.

Did he lose his job? Looking for work? Or just doesn't care and is trying to live for free? He might be going through something awful. I don't know, I just try giving everyone the benefit of the doubt because you just never know what someone is going through. I would pray for him and let him know you need the money asap.

so why wasn't he paying? is everything in writing since he started renting? what are the steps you have to follow in your country to make sure you're in the right (and gave him enough leadtime) when you kick him out in september?

If you have given them a chance already then maybe its time for them to look a for a new place. September is two months and I know you need the rent.

Pray for him and speak with him and if that doesn't work then provide him the eviction papers.

If you have legal paper you can do something about it..

Do you have a legal system there that you could go through? Or maybe a big brother that can pack a good punch? He sounds like a freeloader.
