A full or part time Mom

Being a Mom of two very active and beautiful daughters have taught me a lot of learnings in life. For a couple of years, I have been working in a office full time. But problems encountered are really difficult to prevent. One major problem is having our previous nanny left. With that, my husband and I decided that I would resign to my office work and instead prioritized on being a full time Mom.
Months later, I feel no regret doing that. I think it is just the right thing to do than having a second nanny whom you ought to entrust the children. Nowadays it is really hard to find a person whom you can trust and rely on. But I still understand that there still parents, particularly Moms out there who still wishes to pursue a career. That's fine for me as long as you ensure the welfare of your little ones.
Whether you are being a full or part time being with your children doesn't make you any less parent. It is given that we are to provide the many needs of the children that we have. But be reminded that 'needs' are not just financial. It is also a compilation of emotional, intellectual, spiritual and many more. We were once became children. And so we know what it feels like one.
We have so many dreams then. And we tend to seek encouragement from adults especially our parents. It is important that somehow, parents are within the reach. In order to have a strong bond and connection. Which is the essential foundation of a family.
That's why I realized that what is best to do in my part, being a Mother, is to be a dedicated Mom whenever and wherever you are. In home or in the workplace we should learn to nurture our little ones, no matter how hard it can be. I believe that all parents dream of becoming proud for the goodness and good deeds of their children someday. : )

So true. I think that is one of the reasons why we are here on this site. Looking for some earnings somehow during our 'few' free times. : )

I think she should not be regretful about being a single mom. having a child is a blessing from God. Not everyone is being blessed to have their own.

You make a good choice, the children need your love and care not the materials.
You can spend your time here too while the children are playing . Have a happy family.

You're right and I agree with you. I also retired as a banker to take good care of my three daughters. My husband is the one who provides us our basic needs now.

I think that it's great that you decided to be a stay at home mom for your kids! I'm not a mom yet (Hubs and I are TTC) but I think that putting the needs of your babies first is the most important thing and says only great things about you
