Stress is something that we deal almost everyday in our lives. If we don’t handle stress the right way, it could lead to health issues such as depression, heart disease and diabetes (yes diabetes). And it can also lead to poor performance in whatever you do.
Stress is something that I deal with a lot. I study in the morning till 4:30 in the afternoon, the commute to training in the evening. It’s stress-full maintaining grades, your game and get enough sleep at the same time.
So here is how I deal with stress. I always remind myself to take a break whenever I’m overwhelmed by deadlines or feel tired, because being stressed affects the quality of my work.
Secondly I talk in a calm voice whenever I talk to people who really give me something to stress about (professors, bosses, and my siblings) because screaming at them only encourages the stress.
Lastly, I take a short nap whenever I feel stressed. You may not liked it when you were a kid, but these days it feels like a vacation. So that when I wake up, I have the proper energy and mindset to deal with the stress at hand in a positive manner.
So how do you deal with your stress?

When i'm stress i just simply take "stresstabs" haha..just kidding, just to make you laugh coz laughing/smiling also relieve stress. well, i can handle stress by taking up a nap for a while then eat something cold after. That's it..

I take a short walk, away from those people or things that cause me stress. I need to divert my feelings and thoughts so I can calm myself... and recharge.
