In the world there is no food which didn't contain sugar, the matter is how much amount of sugar it contains. so,don't think to have a sugarless food, instead use to have a food which contains low sugar contain in it. and have a maintained diet along with the exerciser. Have fibrous food (like bread, etc.) to be healthy. if you take more food it act like a poison and if you take it maintained and calculated then it acts as a medicine.

First I would like to tell you that Diabetes is a disorder not a disease. For Type - 2 Diabetes which is very common in adults after 40 yrs, along with diet, daily exercise is very important. You may be having a low cal diet but without exercise it is of no use. Lots of physical activity is required to bring diabetes under control. Millet is a wonder food + Whole wheat.

Yes, thank you for remind me that for the exercise. I am doing my best to walk at for half an hour after each meal and it works fine. Besides that , I will do my exercise such as jogging, ride a fitness bike for half an hour 3 times a week and i should have enough exercise by now. Although exercise is good , it really makes me tire and it really occupies lots of my time that I actually have something else to do. But I do understand that without health, there will be nothing leave. So I just keep up with my exercise then.

There are two types of diabetes, that is diabetes mellitus and inspidus and the patient meal should be tailored to conform with the type of diabetes which you have to confirm with the physician first otherwise any eating habit that has no cons on a person health is generally okay. but for both cases of diabetes I would advise intake of food with low sugar and fats content with any advise from the medical officers to start with.
