Is monsoon the most romantic season?

For Indians, the first monsoons are very romantic.
Couples go out to purposely get wet in the rains.
Once the rains continue for one month the charm reduces.
Raj Kapoor's film Shree 420 has a famous song in the rains "pyar hua ikraar hua hai pyar se phr kyun darta hai dil".

I am from the Philippines. (I now updated that)
There are people who likes to play/walk in the rain here for sure but i doubt they're couples who goes out there just to be romantic.

Like you rightly said the first few days are beautiful, just watching the parched fields and dry eater bodies slowly fill out really makes you happy. Since our monsoons are prolonged, after a while it becomes difficult to manage day today activities. Here in Mangalore we have one if the heaviest rainfalls in the world. It has been raining continuously for almost a month now, but I am still enjoying it

thanks for the share. I hope the rains subside in Mangalore. In Kolkata it is also raining cats and dogs.

Yes Arundhatiji, in cities like Kolkata, there is a lot of waterlogging. So people fear heavy rain.
