A Haunted House To Remember!

Just about a year ago I was looking into buying a home for my family and met up with a real estate agent. My wife and I went and we decided to take our twins with us so they can help us decide on a new home. I will never forget the creepiest house ever! The front looked classy and the house apparently had some family history in it but little did I know it was haunted. The moment we walked through the main door we all felt uneasy and as we walked through the house things got even more awkward. When we reached the 2nd floor things got a bit out of hand, the real estate agent said she felt dizzy and a few moments later my wife said the same thing. Then one of my twins kept pointing at a door and she looked terrified but I didnt understand what she was trying to tell me. We heard a door slam and immediately decided to leave and once we were outside the real estate agent had admitted that 2 people had passed away in the house in 2011 and its been empty ever since. A 4 year old girl died of dry drowning and the mother committed suicide in the childs room on the secound floor, exactly where my daughter was pointing. It was probably the scariest thing that has ever happened to me till this date and il never forget it!

@BACONSTRIPSXXX I think it is better that she refrain from selling the house to avoid harm to other people who will buy it.

@annierose I agree, they should just demolish it and build another land on the home

We happened to live in a house which is diagonally opposite to our current house. It was a rented place and we used to live there while our home was being constructed. I was really young at that time. We ourselves noticed lot of strange things going around the house like our motor for the water supply used to get turned on by itself, a particular window pane got broken every Friday, all the hair that we used to shed from scalp used to get deposited only at ONE particular corner of the house. But the most creepiest of all that my brother admitted seeing a shadow while we were all asleep. Arguably may be he was hallucinating but other incidents cannot be denied. Later on we found out. That two borthers who formerly used to live in that house murdered each other. But something which my mother taught me at that time stayed with me forever she said " Never ever feel scared in your own house, it will make your life miserable."

@BACONSTRIPSXXX Of course being fully aware of the whole scenario before purchasing the house would be off limits.

In this technology advanced society, things like that seems to be very strange. There are some things in life that we cannot really understand that sometimes we just have to believe that it does really happen. I once watched a movie also which is a true to life version when a family dreamt of having a house of their own. They purchased the house for such a low price and somehow they got curious why it was sold for such a low price. Later on, they realized that the house they bought was filled with spirits of the family who lived there in the past. All of the family members could see the spooky creatures except the father. That made the family members suffered living in the house for the head of it did not believe on their stories about seeing ghosts. When the daughter got a miscarriage, that was the time that the father believed on what they were talking about.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX If I am not mistaken it was "Dream House." But actually, it is not a dream house for me. I do not want to live with spooky spirits.

Wow, I hope you are not considering living there. I don't think I would want to. No wonder it stays empty.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX It sounds great, as long as you and your family are the only ones living there. No invisible people spying on you.

What an idiot real state agent, I bet she didn't care until you bought the house. I would have been mad at her outright the moment we went outside of that freaking haunted house. how come no priest ever went there and have it blessed?

there are ways to clear all that out of a home, but many dont' realize that. I once lived somewhere that something was sleeping in the basement, something contained. I dont know what it was, but I got a very strong feeling I did NOT want to wake it up.

Its when a child goes swimming and swallows too much water that goes into their lungs, and once they are home they begin feeling tired and may start vommitting. Once they fall asleep, the water in the lungs closes off their airways and they die in thier sleep from not getting enough oxygen to the brain. It can happen from 1-24 hours after being out of the water, thats why they call it dry drowning

@cindiowens Not when your drowning, Lets say a kid is at the beach and a wave knocks them down and they intake water from their nose and mouth, some of that water taken in ends up in the lung ect

@BACONSTRIPSXXX I am still confused. Water that is swallowed goes into the stomach, not the lungs.
