I had always given the late Michael Jackson the benefit of the doubt. When people thought he had an over excessive way with small children, I always thought people were mean and that he would never hurt a child or have bad, vulgar thoughts about them. I had heard his story, how he was pushed by his parents into the Music Business as a young kid and never had the chance to really play or have a child hood and that is why he was like the kid who never wanted to grow up. He was like Peter Pan. He wanted to hang with small kids and play because he never really had that chance. Well, guess what I just now saw on Facebook that is Trending? Documents from the Santa Barbara Police Department from 2003 were obtained. They were from a raid on Jackson's Neverland Ranch. He kept a big collection of Violent Pornographic Material. There was material that showed "animal torture" and "naked young children"!! I know he was eccentric and changed his appearance through plastic surgery, but I always thought he had a good heart. And to think that he was Fathering 3 innocent children! I am at a loss for words, seriously.

One of my son's friends always made fun of Michael Jackson. He had a little rhyme he said about him. At the time, I thought it was a mean joke.

I thought he was weird, but there's no law against being weird. He had a few catchy tunes, but, frankly, I never paid much attention. The whole business is just sad.

There were a few songs I liked of his. My Sister went through a faze in the 80s where she loved him. She bought that "Thriller" album and played it over and over.

I never thought he had a good heart and I am not surprised about the findings of the police.

I can't say anything about that on Facebook because I don't know, however, psychologically speaking...his statements always seemed very, unsettling to me, even when I was a child...like, in general when someone cares about children or someone or something, there are usually boundaries. The way he would speak, to me seemed consistent with someone who was trying to explain away or reinterpret behavior as a defense-that is to say, a lot of the things he would say, were very consistent with known pedophiles. If this is true, sadly, I'm not very shocked that this is the case...but I am saddened.
