Teen years are crucial... there are some stuffs i wish my parents do or didnt do back then.. i loved and hated them so much for it and its not easy to forget... its that "grudge holding" stage lol i think every parent should have 10 folds of understanding during that time.

You haven't reached that point yet. Think the terrible twos were bad? Just wait for the defiant, you (the parents) don't know anything stage. You'll survive.

Yes, she doesn't have long to wait though, her oldest is on the cusp at 12. The teens until they get married or move out for the last time, are the hardest.

I think the teen years are the hardest. These are the years where you as the parent don't know nothing about nothing because you are a parent. During the teen years its all about them, what they want, what they need. Communication with you can be limited. As far as they are concerned you are a 3 headed alien beast....lol Its an interesting time for all parties....lol

Well, my kids haven't reached adulthood yet. My eldest is only 11. But so far it seems the 2-3 year age is the hardest. That whole, "I do it mine OWN self!" phase takes a loooot of patience!
And, wow! Triplets? That seems hard! Are they all identical?

I have 3 nieces an 7, 5 yrs old and an almost 1 yr old baby lol im raising them with my sister and i gotta say toddler stage is the funnest part... i think the tough part os gonna be on their teens, that time when they feel the need to be free and wanna make their own desicions.
Me and my sisters have the roughest teenage years and im pretty sure i gaved my dad hell lol i realize that now... so i can only hope for the best for my nieces and guide them as best as i can to not make them same mistakes we did back then.

You haven't hit the hard years yet, but you soon will - the teens.
