Have you ever tried Filipino blood stew or Dinuguan, my friends and relatives love this dish specially if paired with steamed rice cake (puto) but I love it with rice. Teenagers in our place no longer likes this dish they think it's disgusting because of the blood what's your take?

But be careful with your uric acid, Ms. LT. Blood stew is very high in uric acid.

@sunrisefan I have no problem with my uric acid and even my creatinine . They are always on the normal level , It's the cholesterol that gets over the normal though sometimes .

@ronc510 No. I don't know how it was cooked but when I ate it, the meat (pork) was bit crispy.

I love Dinuguan. My parents love it too. I can eat many plates of rice if we have it on the table. Your post make me crave for dinuguan.
