Well, the husband should volunteer to cook, wash dishes, vacuum clean , iron clothes , do some dusting , change baby's nappies..
That's about it,

@Livelo yes of course. But she rarely asks for help. Whenever she asks or when ever I am free at home I try to help her.

We've never discussed it before but we just have our mutual agreement. He works all day out in the hot sun and let's face it. ...we live in Florida which means there's hardly even a break from the sun during winter so he's literally out in it always. He does concrete and he's always lugging around a heavy house with tons of concrete pouring through it. To say the least his job is strenuous. But he brings in the money and I take care of everything else ie. Pay the bills take care of kids clean the house do all the appointments. The only other thing he contributes with is cooking because he used to work in a5 star restaurant as head chef so I just can't match up. Lol sometimes I feel like I'm talking care of way more than him but when I think about how strenuous his job is I stop complaining because honestly I couldn't do that.
