So the HOA gets 100 dollars a month from 10,000 homes. That is a million dollars a year. They had a HOA meeting and said they lost money. LOL how funny is that bullshit and a lie. Saying people are not paying their HOA fee's. I dont believe this for one second.
They are not going to get security guards at the pools or cameras. So more vandalizing it is from kids. Geez when will they learn? I dont think they will because they will have to spend money they want to pocket.

Is hoa home owners alliance/association?
Are they for profit or more social landlords?
Are their books open to the public?

@JolietJake I assumed a typo and it'd be 12mil per year or 1mil per month.
or maybe $100 per year and that'd be a million.
I'm not sure.

@hellopeeps irrelevant of the amount what is an hoa?
are they set up to make an actual profit or just an operating profit where any extra is supposed to be invested back into the housing stock.
