Hillary Clinton keeps talking about Trump banruptcies but

Hillary Clinton talks about Trump should not be president because of the supposed bankruptcies of some of his businesses. But she and Bill claimed to be bankrupt when they left the White House after eight years of his having a yearly salary of $200,000 and yearly expenses paid on top of that of $50,000. So why would she and Bill, who she has said she would be put in charge of the economy, be able to run the government?
