After being a smoker for 6 years (Moderate, 6-8 Death Sticks a day), i finally quitted smoking last month on 8th of May. It feels better now. I have gained some EXTRA Stamina while Exercising (I've been a regular Exerciser for as many years) and it's a lot of burden off my shoulders. Man, If you're an Es-smoker, You know what i feel right now. I don't feel guilty anymore for voluntarily giving up a small chunk of my life time with every puff exhaled.
But, the thing is, I still love smoking and crave for it. Every now and then i visulalize about having a smoke while i'm on a beach someday or when I'm on a hilly vacation (I frquently travel as a part of my job and occassionaly encounter such locations). I dream of smoking every few days. Though I really don't wanna start smoking again but It's all about some occassional Cigarettes, i desire for.
I think it's a phase and it'll be pass in a month or two but somehow with all these weeks without a smoke, i'm still struggling to accept a life without smoke.
PS: No matter what, I'm smokefree since 8th May till this moment.

Just keep trying. There will be a quitting attempt, which will be successful for you

I figured out, cold turkey is the only way to quit.
