I did it again. I ate all the chocolates except a tiny bit I saved for my cousin who is coming tomorrow for lunch.
I feel full of chocolate up to my ears. SHAME!!!
I´m glad my cousin likes very healthy food. I will make a chicken broth and a veggie panaché with boiled chicken breast and white rice on the side. Almost hospital food.
But it was so awesome to eat all those chocolates! How can anyone fight addiction? For me, the only way is not to buy them. But if bad friends and family give them to me, I cannot help it.
I promise. Or rather, I will not promise anything. I have never kept those promises.

I can´t stop eating them when I have them around. Unfortunatly most of them are not of the heathier kind as not many people give out the bitter ones.

I heard black chocolates were not bad for the health. High sugar milk chocolate on the other hand is a different story.

I was given all sorts of chocolates for my birthday. The only chocolates I fdidn´t get were the white ones as everyone knows I don´t like them.

I can relate to that. After eating them, that's the time I say to myself, " I won't eat chocolates anymore." Hahaha
