At a dead end only to turn back around

Lately I've felt like I've hit a dead end. I have been on a journey trying to discover ways to earn money at home without having to invest money into anything because I am at rock bottom where I have no money to invest anymore. Most people will throw it in my face and say get a job. ....ok. ..yes I'm usually that same person that would say that to someone but I wad previously on leave from my job due to having a baby. Now she has been breastfeed since and I refuse to give that up. She will barely take a bottle. The babysitter has such a hard time with it. Secondly my older son is currently on summer vacation from school and he has had a lot of issues for years now and he is finally able to get the help he needs which is basically a lot of therapy. He's going 3 times per week for occupational therapy. Once a week to chiropractor and there's an in home therapist that comes 3 times per week. My son needs me now more than ever. Even if I did go back to work. ...what job is going to let me have off of work that many times in one week to go take my son for the help he needs? So that was a brief summary of my scenario. Aside from that I would be spending my paycheck basically on daycare for both my kids anyways if I went back to work. So back to my original discussion. I've been searching for legitimate ways to make money at home. I am all for prong in the work bit I need actual jobs that pay well and are not scams or things you have to invest into first and hope like hell you see the benefits they promise. I keep hitting dead ends bit I continue to turn back around and keep looking because I am hopeing with all my heart that I will be able to stay home and raise my kids the way I truly want to. My goal is to get through my son's summer vacation at least bUT what I really want is to permanently be a stay at home working mom.
