I woke up with yet another invitation.

I was takeing a nap when I woke up with the ring of the cellphone.
It was Dixie telling me that tomorrow she was going to celebrate Humberto´s 70th birthday. It was to be just the family as they can´t go out much with Dixie´s mother in such a bad health.
So she bought a giant paella and told me to come ,my PJs included.
I have (had) my daughter Tania for tomorrow, but I quickly called her and told her about it. We will move the invitation for another day and tomorrow I will go to Dixie´s.
I should go and buy something for Humberto. But I am still tired and I don´t know how I´ll be tomorrow.
So it is paella tomorrow. And we´ll sing him Happy Birthday!

I like paella valenciana. My favorites are paella de marisco & paella negra.

A spanish dish with several variations. Seafood paella, vegetarian/vegan paella, valencian paella or mixed paella. But I love seafood paella better than the other type of it.Oh i forgot it is made of with glutinous rice
