Brexit! So Where to Next? What's the Plan?

We've just got the news down here... What do you think will happen now? How will the Queen respond? What will happen to PM Cameron? Will the value of the pound completely collapse? Will UKIP stand a very good chance at winning the next election? Why did Scotland & Ireland vote to stay in? Is it normal for polling to run from 7am until 10pm?
Britain will officially be leaving the European Union after winning the final vote count in the United Kingdom's referendum.

There was no plan as Cameron will resign.

That will take until October. Everyone now seems to be in "damage control" mode. George Soros, who shorted the Pound back in 1992, reckons the Pound will drop 15% in value. For us here, it means British tourists won't be spending, British Investment will dry up along with funding for our "Big 4" banks & the whole lot will go under very fast.

...and now, customers of the Commonwealth Bank were denied access to British Pounds from ATMs overseas in many countries, not just the UK.

@veganbliss That is daft, because they still have lives to lead, even if it costs them more to do so.

THe polls usually open those hours in council and general elections too so people can vote before or after work easily too - Cameron is resigning so the party is electing a new leader - the Labour party has collapsed in in-fighting, UKIP are gloating and racist attacks are on the increase, Scotland/Ireland and me made the right choice - staying in

That's quite generous, considering volunteers staff & guard the booths. Ours are open from 8am to 6pm & it's very difficult for many to get there before or after work. Labour has it very tough, considering a female MP was killed just prior to the election. I refuse to believe it was some rogue individual acting alone & the power behind it will one day be investigated & brought to justice. UKIP has no reason to feel even remotely proud of themselves as the "leave" voters wouldn't have voted for them in an election anyhow. It looks like Scotland & Ireland want independence together, separately. Any excuse for independence is a good one, so long as the people back it this time around.

@veganbliss I hope they get it - every nation on Earth should be granted its independence

@arthurchappell Agreed. Any word from the Palace on the situation? Any feeling on who takes over the PM's job?
