Hey. I like the 'talk to best friend' idea. But personally, music is the king of mood control. Listening is always great, but if you can also play the song you like, it gets even better. Plug in your guitar and noodle around all evening. Guaranteed to cheer you up.

I agree...Music is the food for soul. I can't play any instrument, so I simply listen to my favorite songs.

This is exactly what I do as well. At times I text or even better call my best friend and talk for like forever and then I feel good and light. But at times I listen to some real good upbeat music like the songs of Maroon 5 (my fav band) and I feel good after that also.

Listening to music for me. I absolutely love music and find it an escape from everything else that may be going on in my life. Inspiring music, uplifting but also some slow classical music really helps.

I'm far away from my friends and families.. due to work.. during bad days i watch tv and listen to music then play computer games..
