good things in history should have to be appreciated and those bad event should have to be forgotten for the well-being of the coming generation.

Why? Why should bad events be forgotten? Surely it is important to remember the bad times and to learn lessons for the future??

yes from that perspective you are right, but to avoid antipathy it is necessarily to to forget bad things or events. the group of people who are harmed by those who have power should forget their injury. otherwise one day they may rise to balance their defeat.
