We write poems to be read By you and you and even Uncle Ned We create to soothe our creativity Not just for frivolilty Shadows of times gone by Memories to please your eye Answers to the questions why Nothing is new under the sky Everything new is made old again Questions are asked by men Sometimes answered on a whim Do not sink, learn to swim. Take words and meanings carefully ScrutiniZe them with some glee Having fun with creativity But make sense literally. Paint pictures with words Make others see what you see Poems to make you feel with me Words to set some things free. One original poem by P Hatley copyrighted 2016

yes we do seem to have a failry open range but wish poems did better but I m a lost ca use I guess as moderns want fast stuff articles etc.

Nice piece on poems. Do you have a compilation of all your poems? It is good to keep it so your grandchildren can read it. I also have some poems which I did not show anyone, but to my bestfriend.

yes in a way as Im having them, in my profile here lost all o n my lot as I did not know it would close with oiut letting us save so me pieces.
