We don't have kids at home... but I can relate to this. I'm also doing the same thing when I was a kid. My bedroom wall was full of crayon drawings.

@Sarigi6141 I don't have any children and I don't think I ever drew on walls either.
So not that I have any experience with children but would it possibly help if you put up a big piece of paper on one of your walls and try to explain to him that he can only draw on "this wall."
I'm sure there would be a more better way to handle this so I apologise if it sounds dumb but yeah, I have very little experience with children.

@VivaLaDani13 Mommy in you is showing huh.....
LOL! Anyways, I would have to ask parental if I did it. If I didn't do it then I am going to start now. I have to make it up for it.
I do remember writing and scratching "Ghost House" at random places on the walls all over the house. Does that count?

There was a period when my eldest did that. It was frustrating. It was all over the walls in her room, and even on some walls downstairs. But eventually she got the message. My second child did it once or twice, but no more. I think a lot of it was just she was following my eldest's example. She understood that if her sister wasn't supposed to do it, she wasn't supposed to either. Just keep telling your son he shouldn't do it. He'll understand.

My daughters are both teens now, but they drew all over their room, the bathroom and anything they could when they were little. Grandma gave them each a sponge and made them clean it up. They didn't do any more after that.

Same here. I remember my son even ate his crayons. He always find ways to draw. Now he is already grown up and portrait using charcoal pencil is his sideline income.

My son did the same thing at first. But, i told him to write or draw on a piece of paper and not anywhere because it's messy to look at. Good thing he pays attention to me.

Yes he did it too, when he was four years old. Our walls were full of scribbles and he used a pen. We had a hard time scrubbing it.
