I Need Motivation

I got up early today, earlier than usual, to clean house before my in-laws came. I did that and then just felt completely drained of energy, no surprise considering my son refused to let me sleep until 1-2am. I am just exhausted, but I planned on working out today and haven't gotten around to it yet. I just am so tired feeling that I don't feel like working out now. Instead I feel like sleeping. Please you guys help me get motivated! What do you do to motivate yourself to do something like workout?

Well If you have any goals then think of that goal and motivate yourself just to enter the gym. I guess once you are there you wont need any motivation. All the best and happy work out.

I try to like have some lemon water that helps me to become active and then I just do the workout.You need to have some booster sort of a thing that can be a anything.For me that's the lemon water. :)

Sometimes, when I need motivation, I take time away from work and stuff. Sometimes, a break helps me find motivation.

That is very hard. Once you get into a routine it's a lot easier. But I feel like getting into the routine is the hard part. Lol. Hope you got motivated :)

Hey you there! THAT'S RIGHT, get those lazy feet up and start doing something useful before life runs past your eyes. Nah, I'm just joking, although if it did help you get started, I'm astonished! :) The important thing regarding workouts - don't press too hard on yourself. If you force it, you will likely end up feeling worse. Now that you feel tired (which is understandable, since you have been working all day and even got up early), try doing some light and slow stretching exercises. Don't forget to consume water, as always. Do you have a favourite route where you can walk? Go and get some fresh air. Once you get back, find your favourite book and relax mentally. If you still don't feel like working out today, leave it for tomorrow then. And go to sleep on time! #NeverGiveUp

Well, the reality here is that you are exhausted. And getting to bed late and waking up early. And doing all that cleaning, I would say a nap is what's needed. Pushing yourself is not a good thing. Get that rest then worry about working out.

I planning something like a diner with the family or shoppung with friends than I motivated myself that even I am working hard now , In the evening for example I gonna have some fun ...!

Listen to some good music and visit Mylot frequently during the day. Music will soothe you and mylot will keep things interesting.
