I agree totally that every one has a talent. Some have a talent for sleeping on the job, slacking, watching movies continuously, talking nonsense non-stop, etc, etc. But the problem is that their talents are not recognized nor appreciated. That's why they go to waste!

You're right! Well, this is actually one of the biggest advantages of implementing the Kto12 education here in our country. One is the focus on the individuality and the multiple intelligence. Now, students are encouraged to identify what they really want in life. They are guided in identifying their strengths and weaknesses and their aptitude - where they are likely to succeed most. Of course, changes can happen and many things can affect such decisions and outcomes but mostly, the important part is that the learners are able to identify their strengths as persons.
