Neem oil spray vs pesticide

I am using neem oil spray for flower plants instead of pesticides.These pesticides are going to be absorbed , especially if it is food plant and enter into food chain.These days large awareness campaign is going on everywhere.
You also try this and see the effectiveness of this.

it is available in every agricultural shop in India. Its botanical name is Azadirachta indica.

That's a lot better if it's gonna be as effective as pesticides. Never knew about neem's this characteristic.

Oil is effective against some types of pests. We have used diatomaceous earth to good effect too. We try to work completely pesticide free at home.

Is it available in stores? What is the price? Does it help plants against red ants?our plants are attacked by red ants constantly
