Japanese researchers have found that tea can decrease tooth loss.It changes the pH in your mouth when you drink it and that may be what prevents cavities. Beyond that, tea, unlike many other beverages does not appear to erode tooth enamel. I am not a tea drinker. I just drink tea when ever me and my children happens to dine in a restaurant that serves tea drinks. But it's not pure tea because it is mixed with different flavors like chocolate, milk, passion fruit, mango and others. If only I have known that it helps make our teeth strong and healthy, maybe I let my children drink tea more often than other drinks. It's really good to smile if we have a perfect teeth. Healthy and beautiful teeth boost our self - confidence. Photo credit : allure.com

Tea is my part of life and every day I drink tea twice. However, I am not addicted to tea.I mean I can manage in case I can't drink a tea in a day. Some of my friends feels headache if the tea has not served in a day, morning and evening.

It's maybe because their body is already used to tea that's why they can feel something from their body if they have not taken tea.
