When we think of pollution, we think of outside, but now a days people talk too much about indoor pollution, and I heard that its really bad. I live in a metro city and air quality is getting worse day by day. So friends , please suggest me some good ideas, to reduce indoor pollution. Please come up with different ideas, so that it helps every one like me.

@Manishankarroy Of course, do not smoke for starters. Smoke from others can enter your home. Perhaps a humidifier might help. Open windows to clear out odors.

I think two ways of reducing indoor pollution are to clean up the house often and have good ventilation.

If the air outside wasn't dirty, then you could've just opened the windows.

If it is air pollution, you can put indoor plants that are good in cleaning the air; like snake plant which gives off oxygen and absorbs pollutants at night, so experts advise to put them even on bedrooms.
