Cool salad on a hot day

It's warming up very fast in my corner of the world, so I've made some iced coffee (for about another hour or so) and some peach iced tea (for the rest of the day). I have leftover pork chop and brown rice for dinner. But for my lunch, I've opted for a cool salad of romaine, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, celery and strawberries. So many different flavors and that's just what I need on a day like today. Hope you're doing well, whether your battling heat or cold or dry conditions or wet.
