Stress is not good for any of us. If you have diabetes it can shoot your blood sugar sky high.I learned from a nurse diabetic educator that you envision a large plastic bag around you that's invisible b ut stress cannot get through it. "Amazingly this works and you feel safe , nothing is getting you stressed out. Try this its all mental imagery and it does work. Remember most things we stress over are small stuff so try the image as iots works. :One original post by P Hatley copyrighted 2016

Controlled breathing helps a bit with that too.

Any kind of stress is not good for your body. Stress is not only harmful for your heart but also it affects your overall health. You get depressed, which in turn makes you feel tired and upset all the time. It increases heart pressure. Also, makes you angry all the time and keeps you sad always. Which in turn affects you heart, brain, emotions, physical health too.
