The 3D printer took the world by a storm when it was introduced, I wonder what the 3doodler pen which is the 3D printer transformed into a pen would do. Prized at around $50 it has been introduced as a entertainment and an educational tool for kids above the age of 8.
It can be used to draw in the air and create whatever you fancy. It is like a sophisticated hot glue gun that will melt plastic and help ypou recreate what is there in your imagination. The creators of this tool Maxwell Bogue and Peter Dilworth have been working for years to bring down the heat (needed to melt the plastic) to acceptable levels so children won't burn themselves while using it. Now its so cool that children can draw on their skins and be safe.
Isn't this cool? I am looking forward to 3doodler.. I am sure its going to be a craze with crafters.
To reaad more look up this link
A company called 3Doodler has transformed the standard 3D printer into a pen, allowing people to draw 3D creations freely in the air — without the need for a computer or any software.

@sofssu I checked the site. They have a whole lot of colors!
But it's really expensive. I think it's going to take some time before I buy one. Haha.

@sofssu But then, where would I get refills? It might take a long time to arrive if bought online.

@crazyhorseladycx LOL doodling on pets .. those fur babies will have a tough time.. But I guess 8 year olds maybe more sensible than that. It is fascinating stuff if we know how to use it.

@arthurchappell I am seriously thinking I will be buying less gifts each year if I invest in a product like this.
