Is There Any Way To Get Back Your Old Msn Accounts?

I have recently been kept out from visiting one of my email in outlook/msn. And they ask me for a code that they sent on my phone. But unfortunately I have changed my number and I don't use that number anymore. Sad thing is there is no other way to recover my account. And when I fill in the recovery form, it says I have provided insufficient information. Can someone show me any different way to recover the outlook account? I cannot work on one of my sites as I have forgotten password for it and I require old account to get into it. Sad Life
