A Bulbul (bird) hatched two eggs in my balcony. Do you have similar experience ?

Hey, a Bulbul(bird) has made a beautiful nest in my balcony and hatched two eggs few days back . Now the baby birds have come out of their egg shell and they look so cute . They are naked and blind, so their parents are very busy through out the day to keep feeding them every 15 minutes. It is awesome and rare experience. You really get to feel the love and family bonding between them.

Don't touch them otherwise they are going to break their eggs by own.

Sorry, but that's a misconception. Birds don't break their own eggs just because you've touched them. They have a bad sense of smell so they won't know if you touched it. They'll probably be angry at you, though, because they might think that you are stealing their eggs.

There used to be a bird's nest in our house when I was a kid but a storm came in and destroyed the tree.

@Manishankarroy Well, I just hope the birds got away and lived somewhere safe. It was fun watching the little birdlings chirp, though.

Yes, you are right, today entire day the parent birds were teaching the baby birds, how to fly. Finally by the afternoon both the birdlings flew to a nearby tree.

Baby birds are so ugly at first aren't they? That's great that you will be able to watch every stage of their lives. Is that your own photo?
