Paperback/Hardcover vs Ebook/Audiobook

June 29, 2016 8:19am CST
This day in age we live in a world, a society that is technologically advanced. Everything that used to be done by hand or everything that we used to carry is now taken care of by a machine. I've found that ebooks and audio books have kind of taken over, they're are so many apps and websites that make it so that you can just carry the book in your phone versus carrying a book around. I see where that can be convenient, because you have your phone on you at all times. But how do you feel about this? Do you think that one day paperbacks and hardcover books will jjust not even sell anymore, that they'll be completely taken over?

I just love reading books, so no matter what form they come in I will read them, though what makes the ebook handy is the fact that even when lights are off, I still can read under my blanket.

Mist likely real books will become passe. But I don't understand why people prefer reading on a screen on a device that if you drop it, it breaks or gets messed up by sand or water. A book can take a beating.
