A Silver Lining

There is some good news to accompany the problem that has come up today. We met with our photographer this afternoon to go over what pictures we would like and what all we want to do photo wise.. Everything was planned pretty smoothly and my mother in law was super generous and paid our photographer as well. The photographer is a family friend so I assume the price shouldn't have been too high.
My mother in law has also started on the cake making, she is making our wedding cake, and the way she told me she was going to do it has shown me that this cake is going to be HUGE. I am fine with that, we can give people extra pieces to take home. We will be meeting with the flower lady tomorrow to get the bouquets taken care of! I'm hoping that goes smoothly as well. So I should look forward to the things going right, rather than sulk over what has gone wrong.
Do you look at the brighter side of things when something goes wrong? Or do you just look forward to the worst possible outcomes in any situation?

You've got to latch on to things that are going right.

You have to look at the bright side. I have a friend who believes thoughts become action. Anyway all the best on your new life and hope the bumps smooth out.
