Its adenium. I have so many of these plants. Pulmeria is actually a small tree.

It's a plumeria, that is the same plant as calachuchi (or kalachuchi). They are sub tropical plants, native of Central America.

We call it kalachuchi here also . There are yellow and white varieties of that , isn't it ?

@SIMPLYD We call them Plumeria, there are several varieties and several colors. The yellow and white are called "frangipani".
