Annoying Human Habits

I realize that some people are just so annoying. They love to do back biting but will not listen if someone tells them their flaws. I do not find it difficult to react if someone do tell me where can I improvise myself, it does not means that the person is not nice to me but the person wants me to be good and better than what I am today. Acceptance is a blessing.
