Suggestions needed!wanna be fit!!!

Hello,beauties.I'm new here,with two lovely kids,one of them is a two months old boy.One day,when I was out ,on a bus, for bringing kid home from school,there was a middle aged lady stood up,took me on her seat,and saying"careful for the baby".But the truth is I already gave birth to one for 2months!My god,I realized that I must be too fat,although I don't want to admit.It's summer now,but there is no need to find out the clothes those I bought last year,coz' they are all too small to me.Is there any good suggestions for keeping fit and healthy?Since I have kids to take care of,and lots of housework to do,few time for myself,any tips,guys?Please!!!

@Rachelzou i think we have the same problem, housework, business and my baby, there was a time i was so depressed and end up crying, i don't know if it is a postpartum or it is just that am tired. And when i go out people look at me sometimes they even shout hey fat lady. After a year i bought a stationary bike i don't eat n the evening and try my best to get into fit from 91 kilos now i am down to 76 kilos,,and i am still trying. it may takes a year but i am trying it.

@jayaramas no i don't skip on foods before six pm i have to eat, In my observance when i eat at night i am experiencing heart burn, then my husband said i snore a lot. so i decided not to eat after six pm.

That's awesome.There is a hill near my house,I climb it every morning since that day,but almost two weeks have passed,it is still hard to get up from bed...sometime,after feeding the little boy,it's already the time to go,but I just so love my bed,must lie down for even 5 mins,but I m still trying ,hope it would become a habit someday.

First of all welcome to mylot. If you think you are looking fat, then you must take proper exercise. May be your dressing also make you look fat.

Thanks for ur advise,it took almost 3 years to recover from giving birth to my first baby, I tried all the ways to losing weight,taking exercise,running,eat diet,but only can't keep going on,sometime just felt so tired...feel depressed when changing the size of my dress-each time
