I was lucky to get the second postcard from @Fleura (Oxford). Postcards swap made me write some lines about that. Friendly old postman stepped towards brown wall, Put postcards and letters, that were rather small, Into postbox cells with some different numbers. He left entrance hall having hardly some cumbers. I opened my mailbox and took in my hands Colourful cards from peace-loving far lands. Handwriting is new, stamps and seal are unknown, Through hundreds of miles these cute postcards were flown. Now I possess that small piece of a soul mate. You may even think that it looks like a blind date. I wouldn't refuse to have foreign pen-friends, And share great postcards. Friendship never ends!

I used to collect postcards and stamps as a school girl but don't do it anymore. I must say, however, that it is a nice hobby.

I do like to send and receive postcards, even in these days of high-tech communication!
