I live in a city and my ancestral house is in rural area. So whenever I go to my ancestral house I have noticed that their accent is little bit different from us, that is their accent differs from city. We speak in same language but the accent is different. You can say I speak in neutral accent and they are having some remote touch in their accent. Do you think that rural accent is different from city?

I don't think it is necessarily rural/urban accents that differ it is accents across a whole country. I used to live in Cheltenham and the nearest city was Gloucester which is around ten miles away. You could tell the different accents if you came from the area...they are both urban areas.

Here in my country, the rural accent is different. People from the city tend to be more communicative, as well.

Here there is a difference that most will notice. Not that it matters, but it is noticeable.
