Happy Sunday everyone.
It has been two months since my husband started to plant vegetables for our consumption, and now it is harvest time. As much as we love fresh and organic vegetables.
I cooked a simple dish that most people love to eat here in our place.

Organic vegetables are not only healthier but are also way tastier than the normal ones. One of my best friend father used to plant organic vegetables, but now since they have shifted to another town i don't get to eat organic vegetables. I wish I could have them now ??. Enjoy your Sunday !

It is a good idea to plant vegetable if there is open space. Most of the people try to fill it with concrete and use it for some other purpose. By planting vegetables we can save more money, get fresh vegetables, and it also saves our time.

That looks good. Here we do get fresh veggies but I doubt whether that is Organic.

Nice. Veggies. My father used to cook the same. It's yummy and healthy and cheaper tho be have readily available vegetables.
