Baby Girl Quilt

As promised, here is a picture of the baby quilt I made for my husband’s cousin. I really like how it turned out.
I finished downloading the latest Photoshop but it will no longer download pictures from my phone. I have to upload them to Google Photo and then download them to Photoshop. Had I realized that before buying the latest Photoshop I would not have bought it.
What a pain.
As I’m having trouble figuring out Google Photos (too tired) I finally just emailed the picture to myself and then downloaded it.
As the saying goes, there’s more than one way to skin a cat!

The quilt does look good, the parents will love it!
If you do not intent on keeping pictures on your hard drive, then you may have stumbled on the perfect solution for yourself. We didn't put all of our pictures on our new hard drive, a lot were saved to a CD.

I used to be able to upload directly but now I can't. It's a pain having to email so many.

I don't add blanket edging as its just an added expense and not necessary.

It is a beautiful one, fit for a cute girl. Could be a nice gift. I wish I can make one too in the coming days.

These quilts are just simple squares in a nine patch pattern with pre-quilted material for the backing. When I taught a younger teacher how to sew last year, we started with a quilt as it was just simple squares.

Yay! Another quilt post. I found it on the side with other posts that might interest me.
I should be making a baby quilt for my daughter's baby shower, but I found one I had previously made for a charity then it didn't end up being what they wanted. She will love it.
