Staying hungry = Staying foolish!

Indefatigably studying for hours and continuous lectures have got me bloating up and getting even fatter! I guess its time to hit the gym now. Fishing out 'an hour' for myself from the busy schedule shouldn't be a problem. I'm not a person who would go for crash-diet sort of crap. I feel it's unhealthy. Yes but I surely need to keep a check on what I add to my plate. What do you guys do to stay in shape or rather stay fit?

I always feel gym and diet in the ratio of 60 and 40. Both are essential . I used to run outdoor but now because of the rains I run in the gym. So ya you need to be disciplined i.e. regular to gym.. and determined i.e. no high calorie food irrespective of the temptation. A vow sometimes help. All the best.

I keep looking forward to the cheatmeal days. Hahaha! It's so tough. I'm a big time foodie and resisting the temptation for food is biggest test of self control which I often tend to fail. Haha :p

@icicleonfire Well if you want to loose weight then this not something you should be proud of? you should start thinking of how you are going to overcome it. I think short plans of a 2 weeks or so could be a good starter.

I exercise four to six times a week. What I do is a mixture of boxing, muay thai, mma, circuit training, and strength and conditioning. I'm fairly healthy in my opinion but I need to watch and be mindful of what I eat. I tend to splurge sometimes.

@icicleonfire I learned these from the gyms that I trained with and I still continue to learn up to this day. Learning all these doesn't stop at a certain level.

It's fine to do it sometimes. But practising so many forms of exercises is simply amazing. Where did you learn them?

@allen0187 wow. That's great. We don't have such things here. I mean it isn't very common to learn all this here so there are hardly any gyms or training centres for the same.

Well what you said is correct, to be fit you should work out or take proper exercise. Don't sit hungry that is not good for health.

Yes! I'm sleeping a bit early today to wake up an hour earlier. Walk and some warm up is what I'm going to do tomorrow. Goodnight :)

Just do a lot of walking. Whenever you go outside try to walk as much as possible. Thats the best way to stay healthy and you will never have a heart disease.

This is the simplest and the most healthy way of staying fit. Papa is a diabetic patient and this has been his remedy since he was of my age :)
